Invitation		The Working Group on the History of Cartography of the Swiss Society of Cartography, Cartographica Helvetica and Imago Mundi Ltd, with support from the Federal Office of Topography (swisstopo), the Institute of Geography of the University of Bern and the Institute of Cartography of the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Zurich, are delighted to invite you to participate in the 22nd International Conference on the History of Cartography in Berne, July 8-13, 2007.
Conference Themes		Mapping relief Maps and tourism Language and maps Time as the cartographic fourth dimension and any other aspect of the history of cartography
Conference Languages		Proposals will have to be submitted in English. Papers should preferably be given in English, so as to reach the widest possible audience. Papers will be accepted also in French and German. There will be no simultaneous translation, but the abstracts will be made available in all three conference languages.
